What happens if the story has already expired?
Because social media platforms permanently delete ephemeral content after 24 hours, our servers cannot recover a story once the timer runs out. You must paste the link while the story is still live on the creator's profile.
Can I download an entire Story Highlight reel at once?
Yes! If a creator has pinned multiple stories to a Highlight on Instagram or Snapchat, pasting the Highlight URL will allow our engine to extract all the videos and photos within that specific collection.
Do downloaded stories contain watermarks?

Does this work on private accounts?
