Universal Tumblr HD Avatar Viewer (Original Quality)
Tumblr displays blog avatars as small square or circular crops on the dashboard and blog headers. Tumblr's API exposes the avatar array with multiple size variants—including 128px, 64px, and the full 512px master—hosted on 64.media.tumblr.com.
Instabatch queries Tumblr's blog info endpoint and selects the largest avatar size entry, bypassing the compressed dashboard thumbnail.
All requests run server-side through residential proxies. You never log into Tumblr, and the blog owner cannot detect anonymous DP viewing.

Instabatch
How does Instabatch extract Tumblr's largest avatar size from the blog API?
Tumblr's UI shows a compressed avatar crop. Instabatch queries the blog info endpoint and reads the avatar array, selecting the entry with the highest width value—typically 512px—from 64.media.tumblr.com.
Can Tumblr blog owners see that I viewed their avatar?
No. Instabatch fetches the avatar CDN asset server-side through residential proxies. You never authenticate with Tumblr, and CDN retrieval does not notify the blog owner.
Does this work on password-protected Tumblr blogs?
Yes for profile avatars. Tumblr blog avatars are served from public 64.media.tumblr.com CDN endpoints regardless of blog password protection.
Why does Tumblr show a small avatar but Instabatch returns a larger image?
Tumblr's dashboard requests 64px or 128px avatar variants. The API stores sizes up to 512px. Instabatch always selects the largest available CDN asset without upscaling.
Can I use @username instead of a full Tumblr blog URL?
Yes. Our normalizer converts @username to username.tumblr.com before querying the avatar API.
What CDN does Tumblr use for blog avatars?
Tumblr serves avatars from 64.media.tumblr.com with size tokens in the URL. Instabatch resolves the maximum-size variant natively.
